Celebrities do CondeNast’s”Point of Passion”
Point of Passion is the new must-see ad campaign launched by magazine publishing company Condé Nast. It features actors, designers, supermodels, wedding planners and businessmen who capture the spirit of each of their 27 print and online magazines. Conceived by San Francisco ad agency Heat and photographed by Jonas Karlsson, the campaign also includes online ads, e-mails and billboards through year’s end. “In a world where it is increasingly difficult to engage people, our magazines are defined by their ability to connect to readers through what they love most: their passion points,” Richard D. Beckman, president of Condé Nast Media Group, New York, said in a statement.”We chose to show notable readers with whom our titles have nurtured relationships over the years because these relationships illustrate both the connection we make with readers and our ability to drive culture by influencing those who influence others.” The ads feature actress Christina Ricci (W), actor Hugh Jackman (Men’s Vogue), actress Eva Longoria (Glamour), actor Patrick Dempsey (Details), chef Giada De Laurentiis (Bon Appetit), singer Sheryl Crow (Self), actor Terrence Howard (GQ), actress Kyra Sedgwick (Allure), designer Vera Wang (Brides), designer Monique Lhuillier (Elegant Bride), actress Sharon Stone (Golf), actor Stanley Tucci (Gourmet), actress Molly Sims (Lucky), wedding planner Colin Cowie (Modern Bride), actress Mary-Louise Parker (The New Yorker), fashionistas Zoe Kravitz and Lorraine Nicholson (Teen Vogue), designer Diane Von Furstenberg (Vanity Fair), supermodel Natalia Vodianova with 2-month-old son Viktor(Vogue)… and more!
