Keira Knightly is in the process of filming a movie called “The Duchess”. The actress will play the 18th century aristocrat Georgiana Spencer, duchess of Devonshire and ancestor of the late Princess Diana. The Duchess, which will hit theaters in late 2008, is about the extravagant and promiscous life of political and romantic intrigue of Lady Georgiana Spencer. The plot evolves around her unhappy marriage to the the Duke of Devonshire (Ralph Fiennes) and the scandal threat when she falls for an enterprising young politician.
